Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If you received your order with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, we require that you contact us within 7 days of product receipt. Send us an email at email@example.com including “Return” or “Damaged” in the subject line and include your order number and description of the damaged, missing or incorrect items in the message. We will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
If you require a full refund, you are responsible for return shipping costs and may use the carrier of your choice.
We do not accept any returns after the 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Cancel Items or Orders
You have 1 hour after placing an order to make any cancellation/change.
If your order, has already entered our delivery process, please send us your cancellation/change request, though it does not guarantee cancellation. You will receive an email within 2 hours confirming whether or not your cancellation was possible.
If your order has been shipped, we will issue a coupon with value equivalent to the purchase that has no expiry. This can be redeemed for any Caribbean Baby Product on caribbeanbaby.com and will be issued when we receive the item(s) back from you in its Original Packaging.
All lifetime coupon recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
