Caribbean Baby is operated from Trinidad and Tobago, but our service providers may be located in other countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Caribbean Baby creates products for children, but our Site, marketing, and online services are directed to adults — parents, guardians, gift-givers, and educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at letters@caribbeanbaby.com and we will delete it promptly. Users between 13 and 17 should only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

11. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to marketing emails, we’ll send updates about new products, promotions, and Caribbean Baby news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing letters@caribbeanbaby.com. Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) are not marketing and will continue regardless.
